- 2 lemons
- 1 liter of water
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- Several ice cubes
- Sweetener (sugar, brown sugar or any other natural sweetener)
Cut 2 lemons in half and squeeze.
Grate some fresh ginger. It can be done with regular cheese grater or with a potato peeler. Its flavor is very intense, so a small amount is enough.
Wash and remove the stems of the mint to use only the leaves.
In a blender place the water, lemon juice, grated ginger, mint leaves and ice cubes. We suggest you to also add some sweetener to taste. Blend the contents for a few seconds, until the ice and mint are crushed.
Empty the contents of the blender into a glass jar. Add a few ice cubes and mint leaves for decoration.
